About Jess

Jess's career began in secondary school English teaching, where she discovered her passion for supporting student wellbeing. This led her to pursue a Masters of Clinical Psychology at the University of Melbourne. With seven years of experience in community mental health settings, including headspace and early psychosis programs, Jess established Garden Path Psychology in 2021.

Currently, Jess divides her time between her private practice and an academic role at Swinburne University, where she is a clinician in a randomised controlled trial for distressing voices. She's passionate about improving access to effective therapies for psychosis.

In her spare time, Jess enjoys spending time with her dog Seymour, bouldering, and both excellent and terrible television.
